Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in is from 3 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
No Smoking or Substances
This is a 100% family property. Smoking and the use of any substances are strictly prohibited inside and outside the apartment.
No Pets
To maintain cleanliness and an allergen-free environment, pets are not allowed.
Save Energy
Do not set the temperature below 24°C and keep the windows closed while the AC is on. Please turn off lights and AC when you leave.
Quiet Hours
Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties or loud gatherings.
Enjoy Yourself

Accidents Happen
We understand accidents occur. If something breaks, please let us know — we'll work together to find a solution.
No Food in Bedrooms
Please enjoy food and drinks in the common areas only. Avoid consuming them in the bedrooms.
Registered Guests Only
For everyone's safety, visits from people not registered in the reservation are not permitted.
Towels & Linens
We provide beach towels for your use, but please do not take bath towels outside — sand and sun can damage them.
Balcony Safety
For your safety, please avoid leaning over or placing objects on the balconies. Enjoy the views with caution.
Bedroom Use Only
The bunk bed is a cozy space for sleeping, not suitable for playing or physical activities. Please use it for sleeping only.
