A note about the building
Refugio Santa Marta is a brand-new apartment in a condo complex that is still finishing construction of its common areas and a neighboring building. The apartment itself is fully furnished and ready for you — but you may hear some daytime construction noise from the building common areas. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to answer any questions before your arrival.
What's ready and waiting for you
- Two Air conditioning units (remote control on the bedside table)
- High-speed Wi-Fi (password by the dining table)
- Smart TV with streaming apps (YouTube, Pluto TV, Plex and more)
- Fully stocked kitchenette — microwave, fridge, coffee maker, blender and more
- Dish soap and sponge
- Hand soap and body wash
- Fresh bed linens and towels provided
- Wall fan
- Desk area with chair and power outlets
- 24/7 building access with smart lock
Condo complex amenities
- Two elevators
- Shared parking spots — available on a first-come, first-served basis (no guarantee)
Current known issues
- All social areas of the building (lobby, swimming pool, gym, game room, coworking area, etc.) are still under construction and unavailable for use.
- Main entrance to the condo complex is not yet finished, so you may see construction workers and materials in that area.
